You want to change something

You want to improve how you deal with people and events

You want to feel more in control

Over the last few years I’ve helped hundreds of people to stop judging themselves so harshly, improve how they feel about themselves, learn to say as they recognise their needs, and have a better life.

It’s a process. There are no ‘magic’ techniques, no ‘secrets’ that will transform your life. We work together to identify what’s currently happening and deal with those aspects of how you think and what you believe so that you can engage with the world more usefully, more effectively.

The truth is we can’t change the world. We can’t. Most things are out of control. Accepting that is a useful starting point. What we can change is how we engage, what we believe and how we respond to what is happening. We can also improve how we engage with ourselves. Reducing or stopping negative self-talk, removing the boundaries on what we believe we can do, and taking action.

Irrespective of what has happened, what caused what you believe and the impacts of those events we are able to look at how you’re maintaining those impacts and deal with them.

I have a strongly conversational approach that’s not simply about listening, but about hearing what’s actually going on, challenging your beliefs and helping you to improve. It’s a blend of therapy, coaching and conversation and it’s talking to a real person – somebody you can actually talk to and talk with.

I post regularly on Instagram and TikTok where I share my thoughts and it will give you an idea of who I am and how I see things.

If you want to change then you’ll need to do the work. Invest time, apply yourself and enjoy the results. My prices are below and it couldn’t be simpler. Book an initial conversation to see if we like the idea of working with each other. It’s without charge.

I utilise many approaches, based on my training in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Metaphor work, IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and Provocative Change Works, to deliver effective and focused therapy.
You can find out more about how I work and the process at How I Work.

You’ve seen some extracts from my client feedback and you can read the full testimonials here or by clicking on the quotes above or selecting testimonials from the menu.

How much does it cost?

I charge £75 per one-hour session. There are no minimum sessions, no packages. All work starts with a minimum 30-minute conversation to see if working together would be useful and helpful.

Therapy that is based on what your needs are

I want to know how you maintain the problem so that we can change it. What’s really going on and how we can change it. It’s going to be unique to you so that’s how I work – doing what I believe to be the most effective thing I can do in that moment to bring about a new perspective. A perspective that changes things for you.

It’s not true that because you’ve had an issue for a long time that it will take a long time to deal with it.

I work online which makes a lot of things a lot easier for us both. I record our sessions in full so you can listen back to them allowing you to discover even more. This is one of the biggest drivers of change.
