We’re all doing the best job we can with the tools we have available
We really are, and yet your life isn’t the way you want it to be or would like it to be. You believe that if you could just get past certain beliefs or particular outlooks that are holding you back then you would be the person you know you are, that you could be.
You may be successful in many areas of your life, but there are other areas where things just don’t seem to work out as you want them to.
I know those feelings. I’ve experienced them.

It’s not true and working with me will give you the opportunity to view things neutrally rather than through the lens of your past experiences. You’ll move past the patterns and behaviours that you held to see the world in a different way – a way that moves you towards the life you want.
You’re not broken so you don’t need fixing.
Working together we can reveal new tools, a new way of looking at things. I want to help you to make the changes you want so that you can move forward with your life.

Every person I meet is different, has different areas to work on and so my sessions are equally different and completely tailored to your needs.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is brief therapy and you may be surprised at how few sessions are required. Sometimes it may be one session, and it may be as few as four.

I had no idea what I wanted when I went to see Brooke. I just wanted the emptiness to go away. It didn’t take long for him to tease out the real issue, the one I’ve been in denial about for years. Subconscious denial that is. His approach was energetic and challenging, challenging because he helped me see what I didn’t want to see – and the speed was frightening.
