Focusing on the here and now, not excavating your past
Is it finally time to deal with things? Have you tried before, but without success?
Something’s going on or you wouldn’t be here reading this. Is it something that you keep doing that’s unhelpful, or have you just had enough? Perhaps you’ve tried to deal with it before but it hasn’t worked. You’re looking for change, lasting change. My focus is on bringing about that change. I’ll do what I need to in order to bring that about. I’m not interested in making you ‘feel’ good but in bringing about lasting change. It might not be what you expect from therapy. You might find yourself laughing a lot for example. Who knows? It’s different for everybody. Your reasons for working with me may vary – you might have a very clear vision of what changes you want to see in your life, or you just know that something is wrong and you want to find clarity and purpose. The most fundamental changes come from the changes we make ourselves.
I’ll help you to discover what’s really going on and what you want to do about it.
I utilise many approaches, based on my training in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Metaphor work, IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) and Provocative Change Works, to deliver effective and focused therapy.

How much does it cost?
I charge £100 per one-hour session. There are no minimum sessions, no packages. If you want a longer session such as 90 minutes then I charge £150, or if time is limited you can book a 30-minute session for £50.
Therapy that is based on what your needs are
I want to know how you maintain the problem so that we can change it. What’s really going on and how we can change it. It’s going to be unique to you so that’s how I work – doing what I believe to be the most effective thing I can do in that moment to bring about a new perspective. A perspective that changes things for you.
You might be surprised at how quickly change can take place.
I work online which makes a lot of things a lot easier for us both. I record our sessions in full so you can listen back to them allowing you to discover even more. This is one of the biggest drivers of change.
