What I Offer

We all face situations where we’d like to be able to have better approaches or ways of dealing with what arises or where we’d simply like to stop doing something that know isn’t helpful. It’s easy to believe that change isn’t possible, or that because we’ve tried before and it hasn’t ‘stuck’ that it’s not likely to. It’s not true.

Although I have a focus on self-esteem – the fundamental relationship with your self – which underpins so many problems, I have worked with many issues (see below) and if there is something in your life that you’d like to address then contact me to see how I can help you. In particular, I have extensive experience in working with women who are struggling with weight issues. As a former actor I enjoy helping performers deal with those things that are issues within a challenging profession.

No matter why you come to see me you will be treated as an individual and all my work with you will be tailored to your needs – my approach is not a ‘one size fits all’. I do what is necessary to help you find the solutions you want.

You may be surprised at how quickly issues can be dealt with, but I will work with you for as long as is appropriate to get you to where you want to be. I am not fixing you. I am helping you to discover what’s helpful and what’s not.

I record all of our work together, which I send to you unedited so that you can listen to the session again and by doing so discover much more than you would otherwise. This is such an important part of the work. Your discoveries are so much more important than mine, and clients tell me how significant to their change this aspect was.
