I’m particularly interested in helping people to develop strong relationships – to themselves and to others. It’s been an area that I have worked on with very positive results in my life and I want to support you to develop the relationships you want and deserve.
Relationships take many forms and you may find that you sabotage relationships to keep safe, to protect yourself, or that you find something ‘wrong’ with your partner, no matter who they are, no matter what they do. Perhaps the issue isn’t with them? I can relate to that and it took me a long time to see the patterns in the relationships I was having.
You may be in a relationship and that there are specific areas where you feel you need or want help with – perhaps sexual issues or issues with intimacy. These may be dealt with individually or as a couple.
Perhaps you are single and find it difficult to move on from your past relationships to allow yourself to connect to the possibility of a new relationship.
There are many attitudes that we hold about ourselves or others that may be holding us back from having the relationship we want – perhaps you’re jealous and that’s pushing people away, or you’re anxious about aspects of being open with others.
Ultimately it’s about our relationship to ourselves and I offer you support, skills and techniques to develop the relationship to yourself that will allow you to see yourself differently and positively, which in turn will allow you to share yourself openly and honestly with others.
It’s not about being perfect; it’s about accepting who we truly are and knowing that that is more than enough.
